An Update on Our Shipping

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 25, 2020: 

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing unprecedented shipment delays as we transition to our new warehouse. Because of this, we have not yet been able to ship out a large number of orders order.

While we expected to be fully caught up by September 21st, that date has now shifted to October 9th.

We know this is our 4th date change and we’re done making excuses. This just plain sucks. We also recognize that we’ve probably exhausted most of our goodwill at this point. Know that we are still working hard getting this sorted and do anticipate the issue resolving shortly.

If you’re done waiting, we get it. Just email the CheekSquad and we’ll cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Apologies lose their meaning after the 4th time, but we truly are sorry. This type of issue is truly an anomaly for us—customers typically enjoy a processing time of 1-2 business days. We will be back up and running at full speed soon, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.
